Our Philosophy
At Little Acorns we believe in changing the world one child at a time. That is why our programs are designed to meet every child's needs at a pace that encourages a love of learning. We encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving in an atmosphere of warmth, affection and respect for each child. Our team plans experiences based on children's interests and appropriate educational concepts.
Staff
Our staff are dedicated professionals who bring warmth, expertise and creativity. With extensive experience in early childhood education, they foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and growth. Above all they are passionate about helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically which ensures that every child feels safe, valued and supported as they explore, discover and thrive.

Admission Procedure
Fill in a application form at the school. Come along with the following attachments:
2 passport size photos of the child
Birth certificate
Immunisation card
1 Passport size photo of the parent
Parents' national ID or Passport

Tailored programs designed to meet the developmental needs of every child.
Daycare Program
Our Infant Care Program provides a nurturing space for infants, focusing on bonding, sensory exploration, and foundational development. Our development is not only tagged to eating and resting well. We are nurturing all aspects of development: physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language, while providing a safe and stimulating environment. All this is done through play based learning.
Kindergarten Prep Program
Our Kindergarten Prep program prepares children for the transition to school with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills through play. From gradually adopting to the school schedule to engaging in carefully selected activities that not only encourage a love for school but also learning. Play-based learning encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving in a context that is natural and enjoyable for us.
Kindergarten
The Kindergarten Program emphasizes social skills, language development, and creative expression through hands-on activities and play. We follow the learning framework stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Sports and the national curriculum development centre. This is coupled with the vast experience carried by our teachers from the different curriculums that is blended together to give your child the best of all worlds.

Is Kindergarten really necessary for my 3 year old? They are still so little!
Little Acorns is the perfect place for your little one. We have a functioning Kindergarten prep program that is tailored to get the little one to have a safe transition into Kindergarten.
What if my child is not yet speaking English?
Language is no barrier at Little Acorns. Our teachers will support your little one in developing language skills while celebrating their home language and culture.
What about meals and snacks? My child is picky!
At Little Acorns our menu is designed with our little tummies in mind. We encourage helthy habits while accomodating special needs.
How will my child handle the structure and routine?
At Little Acorns, our routine is designed to be fun and engaging! Your child will thrive with our gentle guidance.
What if my child cries or misses me?
At Little Acorns, our staff is dedicated towards comforting and reassuring your little one in order to ensure the transitions smooth. In no time, we will have them so settled in that the struggle will be with going back home.
Can I visit the Kindergarten before enrolling?
Absolutely! We love meeting new families! Come along with our new friend so that they can also get familiar with their new home.
